tom baker graduated from Harvard in gastronomy, he has been in various pop ups and the basis of his techniques are the mixture of cultures on a plate, in an interview he gave to the local program Baker said I have been In many countries and in many pop ups, people often tell me that my food is fantastic because you can't find anything similar in the market, the most acclaimed combination has always been American and Mexican, so I decided to use the money from the pop ups to open a restaurant.

When I heard the theme of this restaurant I couldn't believe it so I went yesterday, the menu is the craziest, there is a hot dog that comes with guacamole and nachos on top, there were some tacos prepared with bacon and cheddar cheese, When I read the menu, I was more shocked than I already was when I entered, although I didn't have much faith in it, everything was absolutely delicious, I totally recommend it!
